2. Use License
Permission is granted to download and use the Supplemate mobile application on your personal mobile device subject to the following conditions:
- The App is used for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- You will not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or content obtained from the App.
- You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- The terms of this license shall commence on the date of download and shall continue until terminated by either you or Supplemate.
3. User Account
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
- Restricting access to your device and account.
- Accepting responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.
4. User Content
When you provide information about yourself or your supplement usage ("User Content") through the App, you grant Supplemate a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or control all rights to the User Content you provide.
- The User Content is accurate and not misleading.
- The User Content does not violate these Terms of Service.
5. Health Disclaimer
Supplemate is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information provided by the App is for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

While we strive to provide accurate information about supplement interactions, the App should not be used as a replacement for professional medical advice. If you suspect a negative interaction or experience adverse effects, contact a healthcare professional immediately.
6. App Updates and Changes
We may from time to time update the App to improve performance, enhance functionality, fix bugs, or comply with evolving regulations. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features without prior notice.
Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including but not limited to its name, logo, code, design, text, graphics, and interfaces, is the property of Supplemate and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Supplemate, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from:
- The use of, or inability to use, the App;
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data;
- Statements or conduct of any third party on the App;
- Any actions we take or fail to take as a result of communications you send us;
- Any other matter relating to the App.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not allowed, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Supplemate, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms of Service or any activity related to your account.
